An initial video call with the hiring manager, then another video call with the hiring manager + an exercise + a final on-site interview that was scheduled to last 8 hours with a 4-hour case study + back-to-back behavioral questions. After I presented the case, the entire team got called into an "emergency" meeting and I was escorted out of the office, 2 hours prior to finishing my interview. No response or communication after that point and was then rejected 4 weeks later with a canned email response stating that they wanted someone with a background that closer fit the job description.
