had an experience with NRI Indonesia that left me quite disappointed, mainly due to the lack of transparency in their recruitment process.
After applying, I only received one invitation for an online test, which appeared to be a basic appitude assessment. Unfortunately, there was no clear explanation about the evaluation criteria or how the results would be used.
What concerned me the most is that I did not receive any feedback or insight into my test performance. Shortly after completing the test, I was sent a rejection letter without any explanation. This made the process feel unclear and somewhat unfair.
I believe that providing at least basic feedback or more transparency in the selection process would greatly improve the candidate experience. Clear communication is important, especially for applicants who invest time and effort into the process.

the process is just like other interview, they send me email about the invitation, and i click the link, then we talk to each other. they all welcome, not too scary and not too long also. it was a good experience.

The design challenge is straightforward and explorative. You have to create a hifi wireframe and mini design system. The brief is very clear. Before the design challenge you must do aptitude test first.
