The process took 1 month approximately. After the CV screening and numerical and logical reasoning test, I was invited for a telephone interview. It was composed of 2 part: the first was mostly technical concerning general knowledge of fixed income market, basic products and brain teasers, how many slice you can make out of a pie with three cuts; the second was competency based. I performed well and I was invited to meed the Delta 1 and FX trading team. The interview were mostly competency based and despite I showed high motivation and willingness to get the position it did not work out.
