Only phone interviews. They contacted me directly and a few phone interviews were planned. Also got asked to go to their office to have further interviews. They really pushed me to accept the offer and they put more money every time I told them that I could not make my mind up.

2 phone screenings before a super day. the first 2 phone calls are not too technical, just asking about my resume and related experience. the interviewers were very helpful in helping me preparing for the super day.
