It was about 5 interviews, four over the phone and one in person. The first few phone interviews you are talking to a recruitment chair, as they get a feel for you over the phone. Then your office manager calls and sees how you fair on the phone. Then you go in for a 30 minute interview, very relaxed. Finally head of HR calls for about a 5 minute chat and hangs up. Then you wait about a week and the recruitment person calls you with an offer.

The whole process went extremely easy. They were constantly keeping up with me through the process and they were very helpful with my questions and concerns. Very accommodating if you'd like to explore different cities.
