I submitted my resume through my university's job database. The recruiter responded by email the next day to set up a phone interview which occurred the following the day. Recruiter was nice and friendly. She asked typical interview questions. I was told if they were interested they would contact me the next week, but I didnt hear back from them so I guess they found a better candidate. It was a quick and easy process.

I met a recruiter and had a phone interview a week later. It was about 20 minutes in length and the questions were very basic and surface level such as what do I like to do for fun and what skills or attributes do I possess to contribute to the company. After the interview I was invited to do an in person interview at the office. I talked to someone at the office with more basic and behavioral types of questions before then taking 45 minutes shadowing someone in the position that I was interviewing for.
