There is first a phone interview and then 2 in-person interviews. All of the questions were straightforward and typical of an interview. What motivates you? How do you deal with rejection (they made it clear you will be cold calling a lot)? Why do you want to work for Nolan Transportation Group?

I had a phone interview then went to the office for a one on one interview. The interview in person was very brief, they asked me 2 questions then wanted me to drive the interview. Very casual atmosphere although it was slightly an odd interview with two of them. I expected it to be much longer and more in-depth.

I followed up with everyone I met after each step.... Got the rejection email 4:00 p.m. Friday.
Fun company to work for. You have to be driven for the job. I plan on reapplying
