Face to face interview at their New Ross offfice. Two people interviwing. I had to start the actual interview off as nether person had a clue how to start the process, so I ran through my CV, they asked only a couple of questions each, totally insulted when they asked for my age. Age is really not important for a job. Also had to to some computer skills tests which was not mentioned to me before hand. The office was crammed full of people and was really hot. A private room to conduct the test would have been a lot more professional.
