HR and technical interview were combined in one session. They had high expectation from a prospective research intern. 1 HR and 4 from RnD, were very interested in my availability and how I can be useful to them (I thought it was going to be more like a training position but it wasn't I guess).
Sorry this review isn't detailed but glassdoor is forcing me to do it ...

It was generally okay. They asked a lot of questions about almost everything written on my CV, which made the interview feel quite detailed and intense at times. However, their questions were relevant and showed that they had carefully reviewed my background. At the same time, they were helpful, supportive, and genuinely nice throughout the conversation, which made the overall experience more comfortable and positive.
