Very very bad experiance.
1. As these days we all know that people believes in playing with offer to offer to increase there salaries.
2. I think all this offer to offer culture is going so much boom because of these type of cheap thinking companies.
3. For me they have conducted 3 rounds and finally hr called and asked the basic information and ctc information amd my salary expectation.
4. How can a company be so unprofessional that firstly they have not replied for 2 days and when i have called them for the update. They simply told they cannot meet my expectation. I asked for only 35% hike on my ctc. If this too much too ask for ?
5. If iwould have the offer of even 100% hike they consider that offer and can give 30% hike on that offer. Can we literally imagine how these companies are playing with us.
6. And the funny part is when i asked how much you can offer to me.. they told they can offer only whats my ctc is..:D . Nokia are you seriously looking out for the candidate or you guys dont have any work so simply doing timepass by taking interviews.
7. Happy that they cannot offer me. Really i cannot feel any progress with this narrow minded mentalily culture.
Single 1.5h teams call. HR, PM, and engineer on one call. A few generic HR questions, then a brief project description from PM. C++ position, many OOP questions, and three C++ tasks involving STL.

Two rounds of online interview, but the positions got cancelled. After completing the interviews no offer was extended.

3 technical rounds of general java, design questions which went positive.
Though my current and expected was already known by recruiter beforehand. At the 4th round, Manager was surprised by current and expected CTC. Then HR person didn't respond. Overall , not a good experience.
