Entrevista
I cleared all the technical, managerial and a HR round. The HR called me and told that I have been selected and they are waiting for approvals . A week passed and there was no update. I called them and got the same answer that they are Waiting for the approval. I kept waiting. After few days I called again for update and HR stopped picking my calls. No response of my emails and calls afterwards.
The least I can expect from any HR to inform the candidates about what went wrong or atleast if they are rejected.
A very pathetic interview experience.

Based on my experience, interviews at Nokia are quite challenging. The interviewers tend to explore topics in significant depth. Even when I provided correct answers, they often sought detailed technical justifications and a deeper explanation of the reasoning behind those answers to assess the depth of my knowledge and practical understanding.

During the manufacturing of G.655 (Non-Zero Dispersion Shifted Fiber), what fiber design characteristics and material compositions are employed to reduce the impact of Four-Wave Mixing (FWM) and other non-linear effects?
All candidates presented themselves in a circle to the team one by one telling about personal projects, experiences, studies, then we did an easy technical test after. In total was about 3 hours.

Interview was intense but rewarding. Technical questions challenged my skills. Behavioral questions assessed my fit. Prepared thoroughly, stayed confident, and showcased my strengths. Left feeling optimistic and eager for the next steps."
