It consists of 2 parts: one through telephone abotu technical things. Second part is face to face (or via skype right now I guess) and there are questios both about HR issues, as well as technical specifics. The st part lasted 30 minutes, 2nd one more than one hour. They respond quite quickly.
All candidates presented themselves in a circle to the team one by one telling about personal projects, experiences, studies, then we did an easy technical test after. In total was about 3 hours.
