The selection process included two interviews: the initial interview with the team leader, and the second interview with the senior team member. The interviews went very smooth and had a form of conversation about my previous research. The time from the first interview to the offer was around 4 months.

Interviews with from senior members to team members, total of 7 interviews. One job talk for 1 hour. Overall, it is better to be prepared to answer questions about what's written in your application.
