Simple and straightforward. Talent acquisition first, then MM manager, Enterprise manager, VP. Have to make a presentation and send it in. Takes a couple hours to make. Nothing crazy. Put effort in and you’ll be good.

Entrevista
Call with Director of Sales, Hiring Manager and a presentation to demonstrate that you know how to prospect a potential noibu customer. Was not open about the salary ranges upfront - should've known this was a red flag. They are offering 50% below market rate as an offer.

Questions regarding cold call comfort levels and if you have experience with Linkedin, type of outreach, tools you've used for prospecting.
Interview was alright but they have a strict no salary negotiation stance or at least the recruiter made a strong stance on that (which was fine but I could tell the interview was over after I asked about salary ranges based on experience). Was a little frustrating as right up until that point it was a great conversation.
