Long and drawn out, nearly 7 months of courting. Run, do not walk away from this process. It was heartbreaking to feel so passionate about the possibility of joining such an incredible movement only to be strung along and discover that this company doesn't truly value diverse and innovative approaches to learning. Unfortunately, their personal beliefs and fear of empowering others to use their expertise in instructional design have them stuck in the regenerative mud. Good luck.
