Happened 2 interview rounds - 1st is Technical. I have cleared the 1st round, and the 2nd round is with the Director of the department. I feel she is very straightforward, like she asked my salary expectation, then only she can move ahead in the interview; otherwise she is going to stop the interview there. So I put my expectations to continue the interview, and after that, she completed the interview in a minute. After which i asked the recruiter about the interview feedback, she told me you are shortlisted, but for further process, you are on hold. After which i never get any feedback from them after many follow-ups.
