It was fairly easy including few behavioural questions, followed up by examples of leadership and problem solving abilities from past work experiences. You have to sit down one on one with the senior management and answer their very brief but specific questions. If your body language is confident and you are physically fit, then practically you got the job. Otherwise they might keep you on hold. They will prefer locals for the job.
