Poor recruitment management. For the second time, I had problems with this company. The first time a person xx offered me another position and disappeared. The second time, I passed the first phase. Still, the second time, on the day of the interview with someone I was notified of the cancellation because the vacancy had been filled the day before and they did not warn me (and they themselves scheduled the next step with me on the same day). Terrible, they turn candidates into idiots.
