Online application via a recruitment agency, shortlisted for a final interview at their manufacturing facility based in Milton Keynes. Had a tour of the production line and was told what all work is done

Basic Personality Question, About Driving Licence if I have or not, About working over time. about 5S, About previous experience of assembling.
A task was given to assemble a hydraulic sub-assembly all tools were there and parts which need to be assembled. I was told it is not timed but they were timing the and needs to be done in under 10 mins, faster the better and with perfection as per instruction given in manual. I did in 13 mins as I was not aware it was timed. So maybe that's why I got rejected.
