The process started with an initial HR discussion, followed by a hiring manager discussion round and then a technical round. After that, there was a round with the Engineering Leader, and the final stage was another hiring manager round, which included a live test exercise.

Started with a phone screen; Next came the in-office interview, in which I spent about 45 minutes with three different interviewers. Phone screen was pretty basic and what you'd expect; Lots of behavior-based interview questions in the in-office interview, and also some hypothetical situations that test your analytical thinking skills

So does the company know their "hiring talent" is fishing resume to hit their quota now? Sending an initial invitation email to interview, but never response. Sending me twice for the same application too, but never response. Is this how the hiring process work in this company?
