- Applied for a few Software roles and received a call from a recruiter discussing a few opportunities and salary expectations. - Recruiter connected me with two managers for a tech interview. When asked for the specific posting or details, no response from the recruiter. - The tech interview was mostly talk about my previous work and the opportunity. - The recruiter then scheduled another interview with the manager for the position, which was an hour long talk about the opportunity and my experience. When I asked the recruiter for details prior to the call, again no response. - The recruiter reached out to me to say they would like to discuss the verbal offer. Every negotiation took at least two days to hear back on. When asking about details like 401k matching, these details took two days and did not contain all the relevant details for such a decision. As a result of negotiation, I was told that there was worry I would be "bored or become unhappy with the salary." After rejecting the offer with details on how this experience made me feel, the recruiter responded with "K."
Nielsen’s interview process includes application screening, recruiter call, technical and behavioral interviews, case discussions, stakeholder meetings, and final evaluation focusing on analytical skills, collaboration, communication, and cultural fit, overall excellence.
Online assessment consisting of 2 dp questions (medium level)
2 Tech interviews with a focus on System Design and Core Fundamentals along with a deep dive on resume. This was followed by a managerial round and finally a HR round

in the first round they asked me 20 mcqs from apitude,core cs subjects + 2 dsa questions and second round is a personal interview it consisted of 3 sections
