It was fairly simple. I was connected with the Hiring Manager who set up my interview in the Toronto office after going over the position over the phone. I met with the Manager there who asked me some behavioral questions and more specific, job-related questions. Heard back about a week later asking for a second interview, which was with the VP and another Manager. This was mostly to get to know me as a person, nothing technical. Got the offer the same day.
