Applied through Handshake and scheduled for the first interview which was on campus. Those who made it through the first interview were invited to a dinner/mixer the night before our second interview where they flew us to the Chicago office to interview with Directors/SVPs and see one of their offices in person. Everything was organized, people were authentic and the process overall was enjoyable for something as uncomfortable as an interview.
Before the first interview we had to complete what seemed to be some sort of IQ/reasoning/personality test. The actual interview was primarily behavioral questions that you'd answer in the STAR format plus one small case study question that wasn't difficult at all.
Second interview was a 3-4 round process where we were sat in a room and a new director/SVP would come to interview us every 45 min or so. All interviews were behavioral except one which was a case study. They gave the situation printed on a sheet of paper for you to review while the interviewer stayed in the room for you to ask any questions/give your answer when you're ready. This was probably the hardest part, but not nearly as hard of a case study that you'd possibly get from big consulting companies like Accenture or McKinsey.

A recruiter started with a quick phone chat to get to know ,e better. Asked about my background, experience, and why I'm interested in the role. Got a few behavioral questions to see if my values aligned with Nielsen’s culture.

An interview followed by an in person case study. The process was fairly straight forward but the case is not easy if you are not an analytical person to begin with.

It very easy. Basic question are asked. They ask what did I work as in previous company and how I can contribute to current role. Ask why I want to join the company.
