Its a huge plus if you have skills in big data. Else they mostly wont hire you.
Selecting the candidate was based solely on the tech interview person. Strange attitude.

First round was mostly to make sure if you would be staying with the company or not
Nielsen’s interview process includes application screening, recruiter call, technical and behavioral interviews, case discussions, stakeholder meetings, and final evaluation focusing on analytical skills, collaboration, communication, and cultural fit, overall excellence.
Online assessment consisting of 2 dp questions (medium level)
2 Tech interviews with a focus on System Design and Core Fundamentals along with a deep dive on resume. This was followed by a managerial round and finally a HR round

first round is online test
in the first round they asked me 20 mcqs from apitude,core cs subjects + 2 dsa questions and second round is a personal interview it consisted of 3 sections
1 section dsa question
2 section sql question
