I applied through Naukri and was contacted by HR. The interview felt a bit difficult considering the junior level of the position and my experience and package they were offering. it's a mid-scale company but coming from an MNC background, I felt they should understand that employees in larger organizations don’t always get much freedom to work hands-on with core technologies. Roles in MNCs are usually specialized, so exposure is limited, and because of that, some of the technical questions felt overly difficult for me. That said, my overall experience was positive, the interviewer was friendly and the discussion went smoothly. I honestly thought I would be selected, but in the end, they properly used the “ease out” technique

- Introductory Call - You will get a call from HR and some initial discussion she will schedule the 1st round - 1st technical round - some technical guy will call you and most of the questions are going to be MSTR related - 2nd Skype round - again a technical round if you clear the first one - HR discussion The technical round was average most of the questions on Microstratgey and very few on DWH and backend.
