A recruiter reached out to me for my resume. A phone interview was set up, followed by a face to face interview, then the waiting game. The process was so unorganized. The phone interview went smooth. But the face to face was not planned properly. When I arrived to the site I sat in the lobby for an hour, while the recruiter found a few people to interview me. There were two 15minute interview, from people I wouldn't even work with. Very unorganized experienced.
