The interview was a joke I had interviews in all the facilities in the inland empire but I guess I made to much the only reason I took the production was to remember about these machines but I will definitely will be gone soon. They even told me the they feel like I over qualify for this position and in my head will you need maintenance guys then why not give it to me but if you come from companies that pay the big money they don't like that.

Thorough , but fair. They asked many questions in regards to work attendance habits. Then was taken on a tour of plant showing the different areas and processes. After the tour there was more discussion as to how I thought id fit in.
