"Great Interview Process with Timely Feedback"
I interviewed at NICE in November 2024. The process included two technical rounds. I cleared the first round, and the second round was arranged smoothly. The overall interview experience was positive, and the process was efficient with timely feedback. However, I wish I had received more clarity on where I fell short in the interview.

The interview went moderately well. It was more SQL-centric, with a few moderate to hard SQL queries and situational questions. The discussion also covered basic string-related questions and theoretical concepts in .NET and C#. The interviewer dug deeper into topics like challenges faced during deployments, handling critical issue resolutions, and SQL-related problem-solving scenarios.

Cross Questions:
– How would you ensure data consistency if you introduce caching or replication?
– What load balancing strategies would you apply at both the application and database levels?
– Can you explain your approach to database replication or sharding to handle heavy read/write loads?

R-2-Managerial Round--ask about project n technology skills .Some behavioral type question.Are you ready to learn new tech if we offer work related different technology to you.
R-3--Directors n Delivery Head--
Ask about project again. and some strength n weakness ,some situations when you feel like stuck ,how you tackle that situation... n like that.
Easy but stay focused .
Nice experience .
