Interview went well but they ghosted me. I followed up via email and never received any correspondence. I’m not sure what happened but I was disappointed I didn’t hear anything.

it was a 3 stage process. HR, hiring Manager, and then director. I went through all 3 stages however after I interviewed with the director the company stopped responding to any emails or requests for feedback despite going through multiple contacts. Its understandable to not get a job, but ghosting feedback when your through to the final stage is poor.

Four rounds of interviews, first with recruiting team then a technical interview followed by two senior managers one hour each. Last interview was with my direct manager, i did not hear from them after.
