I have applied at NICE through a Employee Referral. Initially there was a Technical Assessment containing MCQs and Coding questions. After that I have gone through 4 rounds of Interview: L1: Technical Interview L2: Technical Interview L3: Technical + Managerial Interview L4: Directors Round In last round they will ask you stupid questions like how NICE is different from other offers you are holding. and Name all the Interviewers who took your previous rounds and what you discussed with them. After going through all these rounds, no calls from NICE, I even emailed to HR for Feedback but he didn't bothered to even reply. Don' t waste your precious time on those who doesn't value your time.
