Got call from Nityo for NICE. It was 3-4 hours process. I took leave from my current company and left synechron interview. There were 2 very very easy rounds which can be cracked easily if you have basic understanding of concepts. I got offer but declined as they offered me very less than what I was holding currently. 2 L/A less than my current offer. Worst offer I could ever get. In the end I laughed how bad this company is. HR is rather rude and they will offer you super less. Worst company to switch if you want good hike
