I was interviewed by a Director, where I had to answer a few technical questions, then talk a little bit about myself and explain my CV. The aim of this conversation is to know if you are really intrested and if your background is correct for the job. Then you go to the offices and take an excel exam and then you take a GMAT style exam. And then they let you know if you got the job.
