Horrible interview process, outside of the initial Microsoft Teams screening. Two rounds of assessments and a complete waste of time. Avoid this company. If this is how they operate with just BS interview tactics, they have to be a miserable place to work.

Interview over Microsoft Teams was normal and not too bad, everything else was trash from them. Bad people.

I had a phone interview, which went well. I was told the next step was an online assessment test. I was thinking personality test but no. This test is part SAT and part vision test. The final portion (and smallest) was entry level office skills. There was not one part of this test that had any bearing on being able to do the job I interviewed. Since I don't do timed tests well, I failed.
