Unprofessionalism I was reached out by the recruiter for the role of System engineer. So during first call she asked me about my experience about different previous companies. What were my role and responsibility, my current salary package and what i would be my expectation. Post that the technical round was schedule with gentleman from EMEA took the technical interview and it was very good. I had great time. Then the manager round was scheduled. He reached out to me on LinkedIn day before my scheduled interview late in the night he can't make it for tomorrow meeting. I guess they don't have clear communication internally between talent acquisition and hiring team. Just an email would have done the job. Post that I have to inform recruiter that there hiring manager reached out to me on linkedin for interview rescheduled. They rescheduled it for Friday at 6PM and at 5 :15 PM recruiter reached out to me stating they are looking for more experienced candidate and the rec is been transferred. It was complete waste of time.
