First is recruiter screening, then online interview with 2 of their developers. The interviewers were good, but HR was meh. Asked for feedback but disappeared. Business model is concerning so no wonder they are losing money.

Not a good experience. I applied on website and was contacted by recruiter. Phone screen had 2 rounds which I passed. For onsite after 2 rounds they said no longer a fit. I felt it was a waste of time since I did pretty well and recruiter initially said 2 teams might be interested. Then suddenly said for last round some other team might be interested, asked for my avails and then said not moving forward. Very frustrating experience. Since I was invested in the process for a month.
