An overall good experience.
At first you are greeted by the head HR who I found to be very delightful person. You are presented with a performa to fill out and then wait for the interviewers to initiate your session. They let you relax a bit so you wont get nervous and offer you beverages and stuff to make you feel comfortable.
The first session of the Interview includes a panel of two senior representatives of the company who assess the technical skills, in my case , the OOP concepts relevant to php, some logical and analytical code writing and finally the mysql queries.
If your are shortlisted, you are then called in for a second session, in which you are assessed by the director level seniors who ask you about projects that you have worked on and how did you manage them plus some software engineering principles.
On the same day , if you clear the session, you are made to meet with the GM to discuss your terms and on boarding procedures. You are required to bring your supporting documents (Academic certificates, salary slip and experience letters along with fresh photographs).
In my case, I made it to the second session but unfortunately didn't clear it. I got confused and wasn't able to answer a simple question about the SDLC process. When questioned about it , I was in middle of recalling the process i.e. Design, develop, test, deploy and support, but the interviewer kept pressing me that if I didn't knew he would carry on with other questions, and I got confused and skipped the question and agreed to carry on. But, he then, got offended and ended the session, in a professional manner, and asked the HR to do the rest of the formalities. If the interviewer wasn't pressing enough and had a little patience, I might have answered his queries, which proved to be my turning point. But, since he was a senior level employee (probably in a Managerial/Director position ) he was expecting immediate, stutter-less and quick responses.
