First talk with HR, next is video interview, on-site interview (had 10 people)
Fairly behavioral but also asked some questions to assess your understanding of power usage. Got some brain teasers and questions about technical capabilities

Video call with hiring manager followed by onsite visit and interview with team members. Individual interviews with basic interview questions. Hiring manager made an offer and I was able to negotiate after that.

Entrevista
Phone screen with HR, followed by virtual interview with team lead. I was invited to the next round, which was supposed to be roughly 5.5 hours of interviews either all in one day or split into 2 days. I requested the interviews to be all in one day, so that I could take off of work accordingly. HR then sends me a chain of 6 emails with the most recent email outlining an interview schedule for one day.
One day out from the interview, I get an email from HR asking if I'll be joining the calls that day. It turned out that they had scheduled interviews over the course of 2 different days and the interview schedule for that day got buried at the bottom of the email chain they sent. There was no complete interview schedule outlining all meeting times, but rather 2 schedules broken up over 6 different emails.
I emailed the HR rep explaining that I had explicitly requested the interviews to all be on one day and that I had taken off of work to accommodate. In response, they terminated my candidacy.
Very disorganized, inefficient, and unprofessional recruiting process.
