I went through a third party agency so the interview was very disjointed. I interviewed with two people and never heard anything back. My first interview was with the hiring manage who I feel did not have hitting experience and wasn't fully prepared with the right questions. The second interview the person made declarations of his grandeur although he seemed to be a very nice person.
