The process was quite straightforward and I got an offer after the first and only interview. A strange thing was that the company wanted at least two recommendations for the position. Strange, because not many other companies want that for tech lead positions. The interview was fine, people‘s attitude also. But I was mislead to believe that what I asked as remuneration is in the ballpark. They advertise that any salary could be given and there aren‘t predefined budgets. They rely heavily on their vesting scheme and hope you will accept a lower salary because of it.
