Preguntas de entrevista para el cargo de Senior .NET Programmer en Nexient

Not very technical with programming, seemed to be more software engineering with a focus on agile ideas and practices. They have their own terminology with agile and didn't follow with the terminology I used. The person doing the interview was not a programmer and I doubt he would have been able to do the job he was trying to fill. Also was asked political questions, which was really weird!
