The interview process itself wasn't too difficult. I had regular design questions with the hiring manager and CEO. They have an interesting R&D structure, which can be both beneficial and challenging. Everything was fine until the very end. In my experience, they lacked transparency; new requirements kept popping up even after my final interview with the CEO, which was never disclosed upfront.

Be prepare to get Hepatitis B. They asked you travel to China at least 6-8 week at a time, couple times a year. You have to stay at dorm at the factory not a hotel. As far as i know 60% China factory people has Hepatitis B due to living and working condition. A company I worked before when workers came back from china they were ask to have Hepatitis B test. Some people got it while i was working with a company like this.
