Hiring Process starts with the online application and when you are successful you go on to do the online video interview using Hirevue. I was one out six that got to the final round which was an assessment center in Uxbridge and in total there were 480 applications for the position. Nexen paid for all of the candidates expenses (flights) to london for the assessment. The assement consisted of an interview with HR , a technical interview and a 15 minute presentation on a subject that the company provided. HR interview was very relaxing at least to me because it was more of a conversation that question and answer. The Technical interview was challenging. I wouldn't expect one to know all the answers just because of the difference between what different universities choose to cover. ( I am still waiting to hear back as its only been a few days )
