Entrevista
2 phone interviews, 1-2 in person interviews. Mostly behavioral questions and some practical testing mimicking the daily tasks. In person interviews are with the COO and CEO which is great since you get to ask about the details and the big picture as well.
-I had a zoom interview with the COO, to which he was 20 minutes late (out of a 30 minute interview). Once he was on, he didn't seem very present. He was constantly checking his phone while I was answering questions, and just all-in-all didn't really seem to care what I had to say.
-Said he would get back to me the following monday, but i didn't hear back all week until I finally got a form rejection email with no feedback.
