I had two phone interviews, each being about 30-45 minutes. The second being with my potential direct report. Followed by an onsite interview with upper management. The onsite interview took place at Newton Talent and was approximately 1 hour long.

My interviews were conducted entirely via phone. I talked to a recruiter, my future manager, my future direct supervisor, and the Director of HR. Everyone was incredibly kind, flexible, and presented a clear representation of the role/the company. The Director of HR even made herself available to me over a weekend and evenings for additional questions that I had regarding the offer. Overall, it was the best candidate experience I’ve had with a company to date.
