I was interviewed for a role with this company first with a recruiter named Jill who was awful. She asked me about my current salary which was a HUGE red flag. I got a second interview which went well. When Jill called to offer me the job, I asked if they would negotiate the salary and she told me flat out no. I decided not to take the job.
