The recruiter was fantastic throughout the process until the very end. I went through a 30-minute phone interview, followed by separate 30-minute interviews with the manager, VP, and team. Each felt more like a friendly, engaging conversation than a formal interview. A couple of weeks later, I received a rejection email. Then, a few weeks after that, the recruiter called to see if I was still interested in the role. I agreed, only to soon see the job posted online again. In hindsight, I would have preferred not to get that call.
