Interview process was straightforward. I liked that the hiring manager, and HR was present to answer any questions I had regarding the on-boarding process. This made the whole experience much easier

I walked in with my resume as a last resort on my job search in casual clothing expecting to just drop it off. Someone came running out after me and I was interviewed by the Front Desk Manager, then by the Human Resources person and then somewhat unprofessionally by the General Manager. Right away I was signing off papers with HR for possible positions she said (oh everyone at front desk helps in other departments so you should write that you are interested in housekeeping) and THAT is the loophole they used to force me into laundry when I was hired for Front Desk, and nobody else at the desk worked in laundry like me, it was clearly a manipulation tactic from day one in hindsight.
