I had an initial 30 minute phone call with a recruiter talking about the company, jd, and my experience. All seemed to go well, with the recruiter asking for availability for 2nd interview with managers. Haven't heard anything since, just ghosted and wasted my time.

Standard call with a recruiter followed by a Zoom call with the Managing Principal. MP was obviously drunk, propped up poolside at some resort while openly clearing his throat into an empty Jim Beam bottle and slurring some half-formed nonsense about being a player-coach who believed first and foremost in "fun." YIKES. Asked me when I could start, what I wanted, then sent a contract over for $10k less than I had stated. Yea... I declined.
