I booked an interview with the lead of the talent acquisition team, I waited to have my interview via Microsoft team and they never showed up. I emailed and texted to make sure everything was ok and never heard a response until about 6 hours later. They emailed saying that they ran over the allotted time on their previous meeting and asked if I could reschedule. After reading other interview reviews on Glassdoor I decided not to book another interview.
