The interview process was very thorough. I met many staff members in different departments with which I would be interacting to ensure that my skills, goals, and personality were a good match for the job. The HR staff was helpful and informative with the scheduling process. I truly felt the interview was two-way. There were many opportunities to express how I work best, what I value, and to answer any questions I had about the organization and job.
